On September 11 at Seoul National University, ERC-TRIPS held its opening ceremony alongside the center’s first official workshop, bringing together participating professors and students. The event marked the formal launch of the center’s collaborative activities and set the stage for cross-laboratory engagement.
During the workshop, representatives from each participating lab presented summaries of past research achievements and outlined the projects they plan to pursue under the ERC-TRIPS umbrella. These presentations gave attendees a clear view of complementary expertise and ongoing work across the center.
The meeting also served as a practical forum to identify concrete opportunities for future collaboration. Faculty and students discussed potential joint projects and ways to coordinate resources to accelerate research progress.
Participants left the event optimistic about the center’s prospects. The opening workshop established a strong foundation for interdisciplinary work within ERC-TRIPS, and all looked forward to advancing the center’s research agenda in the months ahead.
